Terms of Use for Pulse Peer to Peer AI

By using the Pulse application and AI Chat PAT (Parent Assistant Liaison), you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

By using the Pulse Peer AI PAL, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any aspect of these please cease using the Service right away.

1. General Disclaimer

The Parent Assistant Liaison (PAL) assists parents and caregivers by providing guidance and general advice and information around teenager behavioral conduct. Users should not rely solely on Pulse’s and PAL's suggestions and are encouraged to seek prompt, tailored advice from qualified professionals for their specific needs. The use of the application and chat does not substitute for professional guidance in any matter. We encourage our users to exercise judgment and seek clarification when needed.

2. Emergency Events and Crisis
PAL is not designed to address or manage emergency situations. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical or other emergency, contact emergency services immediately by dialing 911, 988, or seeking help from a licensed professional.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service may require the creation of an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to update your account details as necessary. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

4. Scope of Use: Medical Limitations

Pulse and PAL do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions and is not a substitute for professional healthcare consultation. All information provided is strictly for informational purposes. Always seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Pulse shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of PAL, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. In any case, Pulse’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
